Printing Precious Photos
This weekend I finally printed hard copies of the many pictures that we've taken of our angel. Except for our Christmas card, I hadn't printed any since Emma was three months old. It was quite an endeavor, and I think I only missed a few that we really wanted during the upload process. With all of the different folders of pictures, that's an easy mistake to make. The online order was very large, and we received a special notice that the one-hour photo option would take two hours. While we are pleased with all of the pics, I'm curious to know why the prints we pick up are never in chronological order. You'd think the way they are submitted would be the way they come out of the printer. Does Wal-Mart pay someone to shuffle the photos like a deck of cards?Wednesday, February 18, 2009
Sharpening Her Teeth
Playtime is great fun! Emma loves to sharpen her new teeth on her toys. And when she is quick, the remote or the phone take a licking. A few items are already showing the signs. We have come to the realization that she will eat a few fuzzies. She will ingest a few germs. However, we're hoping to avoid insects and mud pies as she gets more mobile and inquisitive this summer.

My Sippy
Eating and drinking like a big girl is a lot of fun! Emma smiles so proudly as she tries new things like her sippy cup. She was so cute attempting to lift it and get the liquid into her mouth. Lately she has been sighing happily after each bite of food. Maybe it's her reaction to the introduction of tastey applesauce and peaches. I hope we'll be able to get her to eat her veggies after all of these sweet fruits! We've completed our taste testing of all the Gerber Stage 1 foods, so now we'll be mixing it up and combining. Yummy!
