Dr. Emma & Patient Lauren

The Doc McStuffins medical kit is a big hit with the girls.  Lauren likes to wear the stethoscope and mouth the other pieces.  Sometimes she'll actually let Emma pretend to give a check-up.  We already had a medical kit, but this Christmas gift is different because the stethoscope has buttons which activate fun sayings and sounds from the show.

Sleepy Time Stroll

Priority Mail or Parcel Post?

Emma's teacher wanted to set up a post office play center for the classroom, so I put together a few items for the kids.  Emma helped me by selecting items at the Dollar Tree, stuffing/sealing the envelopes, and adding the character stickers.  It was a lot of fun coming up the with addresses!

Frosty

Big snow, big fun!  These snowman accessories were a Christmas gift.  Scott and Emma found the sticks in the treeline behind our house.  Later that day when Emma and I returned from an errand, we noticed the sticks were missing.  About an hour later, we looked out the back windows and saw two boys using them as swords and bats to hit rocks nearby.  I opened the sliding glass door and questioned the boys who said the sticks were theirs.  They had left them in the trees on a previous day.  Finders keepers?
